ADHD Awareness Month

ADHD Awareness Month is an annual event held in October that aims to provide reliable information and resources about ADHD, a real brain-based medical disorder affecting all ages and communities. The 2025 theme is “The Many Faces of ADHD,” encouraging the ADHD community to share information and experiences to increase awareness and understanding throughout the year, not just during the designated month.

World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day is an annual WHO campaign held on 10th October that aims to raise global awareness of mental health issues and mobilise efforts to support mental health worldwide. The event provides a platform for stakeholders to discuss their work and advocate for making mental health care accessible to all people globally, with each year focusing on a specific theme (such as “Mental Health at Work” in 2024).
